Well, the question is why they didn't do that before 1 year. I think that Pinetree or Goldcorp or together are blocking RS. This could be the only explanation. They are both Big losers if RS happens. So this PP is probably done with Pinetree that is selling shares to make this pp and get one more time the same shares. EVG needs money to pay bills, claims, administration and so on. I think that Pinetree wants RSH to sell but they didn't succeed until now or april so EVG needs $300 k more money for business.

So the only question here is what will Pinetree or Goldcorp do. For Goldcorp is even less clear what are they up to. They could take over EVG for peanuts. Pinetree on the other side wants to bailout but how. Of course if nothing happens RS will come for sure, there is no other option.
