EXCALIBUR RESOURCES LTD.: WARRANT EXERCISES GENERATE $953,250 IN CASH PROCEEDS

Since the May 31, 2012, fiscal year-end, 6,355,000 Excalibur Resources Ltd. share purchase warrants have been exercised at 15 cents per share, generating $953,250 in cash proceeds. Excalibur now has 70,521,500 shares issued and 24,860,264 share purchase warrants outstanding, exercisable at prices ranging from 15 cents to 30 cents, expiring over the next 17 months.
