Actually, my dream scenario would be if CUU flipped the non-Schaft properties to BXX in a share deal. CUU shareholders would get shares of BXX for the "CUU 2.0" properties, BXX gets to add them to their DOK and Boss properties, and Elmer runs the show. Probably won't happen, but I can dream...

I've also been adding BXX with what dry powder I have left. 8 cents? Pretty good deal, IMO.
