To me, it seems logical for Elmer to make bxx part of cuu 2.0, since they would then have about 7 properties (adding in cuus florida and arizona parcels) to be exploring all under one umbrella...i believe too, correct me if I'm wrong, but we would have 100% interest in each of those stakes.
