Why should he break the law by giving you the information? If he suspected foul play, then his appropriate response is to go to the authorities (not to give you undeserved information). This is also your appropriate reponse to any wrongdoing you feel is being wrought upon the public.

PS: Someone besides me is banning your ongoing new accounts. I suspect Agoracom is thankfully watching you very closely. You are highly dispreputable by your actions.
