I don't think that the weather is a concern, as most drilling in Canada occurs in the winter because the ground is frozen. If they are off drilling in an onion field, then the temperature shouldn't matter much. Im sure they would be very happy if the well temp would cool off with the seasons, but as far as we know it's 150C+ downhole all year round.

I would say the biggest consideration for drilling several holes and completing them together would be the equipment issue. Also, as we have heard from the beginning, the results of any single well tell us nothing; we need to see a broad group of results from accross the field.
