Lanman, how would the %'s determined for the purpose of unitizing?, hypothetically, what would be the determining factors to consider? (think, trough spine, depth, volume of a particular unit below, etc?)

Pipe, hugs and kisses going around...?, don't trust it, I think the boogie guy is wrong, and a lot can go wrong with that approach. Biz is biz and our wheeler and dealer is good at huggling. Just think, you would not give up one % because the other hairy guy is trying to kiss you and hug you, right?.
