For the unitization conversations to work on a level playing field, more information is required on the rock formations of interest in the MOl-XOM JV ground, and their gas content potential. As such, we have information from drilling and limited testing for FO's ground. That would explain in part the recent drilling on MOL-XOM's ground, and would in part imply that we would expect that testing would also occur in their ground first. In order to keep with the schedule to start unitization talks no later than April first, it would necessitate that wells in MOL-XOM's ground start testing in March. I was hoping to load up at $0.20, and I realized on the weekend that this will not be possible. As testing start it will put upward pressure on the shares, so I bought some in low 30's earlier this week.

If you have an opportunity to see the Boyz, would you make a case to stop going after hairy brained ideas and concentrate on Mako?, and to husband the cash. Would you tell them to think as if the cash in the kitty is not theirs. May be they will understand this time.
