Developing large acreage positions of unconventional and conventional oil and gas resources

Yes, I considered that, so although I think the play is worth a lot more now than what it was when the ROC/Bayless deal was made, Falcon certainly didn't get a bargain. Texalta got over $10 mm after selling 60% interest, but they hadn't done any work yet, so the $20 million Falcon paid might have been fair, just not 'cheap'.
...all very good points...but knowing the intracacy of how the tsx company stocks and companies work...the most valuable aspect of this whole phun trasnsaction maybe what was implied by doing this deal...we may never know but the i'll trade you a this for a that...and you get in on the oz land and i'll step down and he will step up...it is what it is...wheels and deals...just a thought...really doesnt matter much though...gotta feelling exxon will crack the mako nut wide open and the gas and oil will take care of the rest...mab and the bod setting up the next gig if the fo gets sold...gotta take the team to another field...oh...and cant wait to see mab and dg and the rest of the cronies tee it up on the AFL field...should be interesting...gofo and g'day
