This marketing blurb is a bit dated, but does it sound like they were working with Falcon? The wells might be too shallow.

Welltec® Has Moved into the Hungarian Market
We have performed our first jobs in Hungary for a local oil and gas company. The first operation was executed successfully in April 2008 and since then, we have done four more jobs in the country, all to enable the high angle, cement bond logging service.
These wells are located near the city of Szeged that is situated close to the Serbian and Rumanian borders. They are new wells completed with about 6,900 ft of cased hole and about 330 ft of open hole with a deviation of 90° at the open hole.
Previously, the operator had used pipe conveyed cement bond logging, which sometimes took several days. With Welltec’s Well Tractor, the operation can be performed in one working day. In fact, the first logging operation only took 5 hours and 50 minutes from rig up to rig down.
With our new presence in the Hungarian market, we are well poised to also access other European markets.
