On what do base your opinion that only 1 employee can do everything that needs to be done in Oz? There is accounting, engineering, geological, operational, administrative, ect. that has to be done. Better be a well-rounded employee!!!!! Think about all that needs to be done on a new project of that size and I think you will have a better opinion.
