THanks John for providing the links. I just browsed through them and could not detect anything material but a thoroughread tonight will. Noticed the clause about the negative effects if the company lost the CEO... (chuckle)... the great man feeling insecure ?

On the other side, noticed this on PHUN's 8k today...

Restructuring happening at PHUN where an appointed CFO has resigned after 2 months and the CEO's salary is reduced.
