The notice has dates on it

End date: 2009. May 11th

TXM is Falcon, not Exxon

"The District Land Registry has granted a license to a land use application submitted by GEOFOR Land & Mine Engineering Kft acting on the behalf of TXM Oil and Gas Exploration Ltd."



Like I mentioned the other day, TXM is the official owner of the mining plot, and is therefore most likely responsible for all of the permitting processes that are involved.
