RBC (Broker #2) has had a bid in @ 0.49 since 12:13:10. Amout at the moment is 3500 shares. Union (#6) has no bid in @ 0.49. Please tell me how their trades keep getting filled @ 0.49 ahead of RBC. I could understand RBC not being filled ahead of a cross but these are not crosses and the all or nothing rule was done away with some time ago.

Update - as I am typing this and before I could post it another trade went off for Union ahead of RBC @ 0.49
