Soly: Very true. He's obviously not privy to the test results that will be revealed in a few months. He's basically stating that the stock has not performed the way it should have based on a JV with Exxon at the helm. It should a least be trading in the $1.10- $1.30 range when Exxon first came on board. Eddy
