Developing large acreage positions of unconventional and conventional oil and gas resources
I'm at work so don't have a lot to time to reply but one would think the Falcons PR agency (probalby on retainer) would have been drafting several versions of a release over the past week in case results were less than stellar. And this was the best they could do? This one came across last minute and light in content if you ask me for a news release that they knew would have to minimize damage as best it could.
And speaking of PR, has anyone on this board really been satisfied with news/updates from Falcon. Believe I have heard quite a few complaints on this board concerning upsdate from Falcon. To me, the news on their site seems light for a company in this sector and one with so much at stake. We'll see how quickly they follow-up on their past one.
Thank God for the MOL release. Seems to have shifted public opinion/minimized damage if only for a day which is what a good PR or internal communications director is supposed to do. They reacted like a pro. IMO :)
