Developing large acreage positions of unconventional and conventional oil and gas resources
Where do you think Exxon has developed their fracing technology? Similar unconventional plays is where. Do you not think that Exxon is going off of past experience when they make decisions? The Horn River,Montney,Barnet,Brekkas , Mako Trough or any other are not exactly the same. What they do have in common are simmilar geological challenges. The Horn is a perfect example of pressure, temp and Fracing Challenges that are being overcome. What they do have in common is that there may be great rewards if the potential is realized. In my experince, it is ridiculous to conclude anything from one well bore. Fact is the data that was released indicates they hit a fault. Fact is this happens often but does not mean the Szolnok is a bust. Fact is that Exxon has not yet walked away from the play. Fact is there are obligations that Exxon has to meet yet. Fact is I do not have inside info but am speaking from past experiences. I am not trying to influence or mislead anyone. I am stating similarities that are factual.
The reason I have been on a ''read only'' position on this board is because I have better things to do than go back and forth with someone speculating what is going on. I was simply trying to through some positive words out amongst all the doom and gloom.
Anyways...enough of that
