Point is other companies walked away from all these plays. Not all of them were unconventional either. And is every field commercially viable...no. Does fracing into a fault on one well mean the entire play is a dud...no. If you are convinced that yesterday was a clear statement that Exxon is pulling out and the entire production licence is worthless, should you sell your shares...yes
