Let me preface my remark by saying, Lanman, how much I (among many) appreciate your presence on this board.

A couple of inferences I might take from this article: As there are a dozen basins under investigation, if one or more of them show good results and promise of easier, cheaper, and quicker exploitation while the great God of garlic and onions continues to frustrate our team’s efforts in trying to figure it out how to extract what lies beneath, then I might expect interest/resources in pursuing the chase for treasure in our trough could drop away quickly. Even though we got an earlier start we could still be left in the dust. Then, I'm affraid, it would be long now. Sorry, pipe. However, I notice they do reserve that intriguing and most endearing descriptive, “very large”, exclusively for our Mako. Looks like it'll be steak or porridge for us, no in-between, no burgers or dogs at the BBQ, but hopefully the steak will be prime crow.
