Anyways, pressures and temps are not the same as you would see at surface in most circumstances. We just did a well that we saw 145 degree C at surface while circulating (very close to the Bottom hole temp). After cleanup this well flowed at 60 degrees C (14mmscf/day).
It's true that the Szolnok fractures in the F1 have water problems. It is not yet proven that the entire Mako trough has water problems though. It would be interesting to see the 3d seismic data. It may be very telling of the natural faulting of the area.
