I think it says there are no pipelines nearby, so they are using the gas to run a generator. Dr. Szabo also showed the condensate to the reporters.

Looks like there's talk of listing on the Budapest Exchange again too.

My guess to what's going on is that they need to demonstrate production, and there isn't enough gas to warrant a pipeline at the moment, so somebody came up with a generator idea. Now they can do a long term production test without having to flare for an extended period.
