Toreador recently finished drilling in the Tompa block, just west of the Mako Trough, in similar geological conditions. The operator was Delta Hydrocarbons. Their 3800 m well was drilled and completed for $20.9 million.

SDE Consultant for Independent E&P company in Hungary: Sep 2008 - June 2009

• Engineering support for the preparation of Basis of Design, and the Drilling program, in compliance with Delta Hydrocarbons planning process, for an exploration / appraisal well in SE of Hungary. This well was 3,800 m deep, with HPHT conditions – BHST of 190 deg Celsius and 2.15 sg EMW of maximum expected pore pressure. Other characteristics included Hard rock drilling through the pay zones as well as potential for H2S presence in the lower pay zone.

• Budget and schedule preparation, and follow them up during the drilling operations. Total budget was $15.9 MM with 67 days for drilling and completing the well. Stimulation and testing activities have $5 MM as AFE.

• Provide technical support for procurement of equipment and materials for the well
