Jan. 26 (Bloomberg) -- Mol Nyrt., Hungary’s largest refiner, said it expects its refining margins to be “stronger” for diesel and lower for gasoline this year than in 2009, with a “slightly increasing” crude price.
The company will keep its investment budget under “stringent” control, it said in an investor presentation published on its Web site. Mol expects a “moderate” decline in the production of its mature Hungarian and Croatian oil fields, with increasing production in Russia and Pakistan.
Retail fuel volumes may increase between 5 percent and 7 percent, excluding Mol’s Croatian unit Ina Industrija Nafte d.d., the company said.
