"We wouldn’t need this board, would we?"

Well I'd still enjoy the board and I do not believe the board answers any questions or that it has anything to do with "need". I do believe the board gets pro and con conversation going and assists in discovering data to facilitate those conversations (especially the Hungarian translations you so helpfully provide) to possibly assist board members/investors in coming to their own individual investment decisions. There are plenty of boards in life that exist for companies without the near term potential life/death situation FO constantly seems to find itself in - probably a charistic of a MAB company more than anything else ... :-) I, for one, hope to be an investor reading one of those some day. It would be a whole lot less stressful.
