Can anyone answer why Chris is under restriction??? I could understand when it was back in early Feb. and Falcon was not sure of EXXON'S intent. Now that we have confirmation of this exit by them, what's the big secret. Or is it just par for course for this outfir. Soly, perhaps you can shed some light into this querry. Eddie
