If my memory serves me right, you’ve once claimed being a tax advisor. No wonder your calculation seems so complicated. LOL
Actually, your figures are wrong. Falcon’s shares in Falcon Australia remains at 150 million. The first half of this table clearly shows the pre-capital raising structure of Falcon Australia. Falcon with 150 million shares or 75% and Petro Hunter Energy with 50 million shares or 25%, with a total Market Cap $200 million.
The second half of the table shows a post-capital raising structure, which when fulfilled would have a total Market Cap of $250 million. Falcon’s 150 million would represent 60%, Petro Hunters 50 million 20% and the New shareholders 50 million 20%.
So at the moment:
Falcon’s 150 million = 73.2%
Petro Hunter’s 50 million = 24.4%
New shareholders 4.896 million = 2.4%
The remaining tranches of this fundraising closes on July 31 2010
