They did not spend a dime for these shares nor did the shares move from one seller to one buyer........whether that be Falcon's escrowed shares or shares in the open market. The insider list is simply stating who received the "Grant of Option" and at what number of shares. The grant price....the price they will have the right to buy and sell their vested shares is $0.17. Hmmmm? Today those granted stock options are worthless.......they want them only when the price per share is higher...much higher to make any money. This is a good sign friends of Falcon.....a good sign.
