ExxonMobil says the search for unconventional resources in Hungary’s Mako Trough development will continue, despite October’s announcement that tests at the deposit have so far failed. ExxonMobil controls 40.44% of the Mako Trough field, along with Hungary’s Mol (40.44%) and Canada-based Falcon Oil (19.12%).
I believe they left out the subsequent announcement from Exxon handing Falcon back all lands and terminating the JV agreement.
