From poking around on the web, I think Marc Bruner still owns a ton of shares of Falcon and Petrohunter and is probably focusing on MAB at this time without having Falcon and its shareholders as a partner.

I do like a 30% bump on Falcon and a 50% bump on Petrohunter, since I own shares in both, but I'm also wondering what else is going on.
