Has anyone seen or read anything that confirms the chinese investment is a done deal? The last press release from Falcon as on January 11th saying:

("Falcon") today announced that it is
continuing to work on completing its previously announced private
placement (the "Offering")

This doesn't seem like any kind of confirmation that the Chinese investment is a done deal, or has there been other releases not shown as yet? Regards Paul
