So we are all sick of the waiting game....I have to believe that Philip is hard at it ...but the expectation as stated in his Sept 3 new release was a time frame of 3 to 6 months to get a deal done....we are getting to the long end of this expectation

One has to wonder if he should not have given Hess an extension rather than starting from scratch...but I have to assume he knows what he is doing...On another note
