The current share price is a mystery to me given the deal announced with Origin/Sasol last Friday. I was expecting the sp to reach a min of 30 to 35 cents after this. At current prices, the market cap is US $ 138M which is totally undervalued IMO. While the size of the deal announced is big, the 5 year timeframe for completion is not well received in the market. Why so long?
It will take further good news from Falcon to instill belief in the markets and drive the share price up. This is probably not surprising given the track record over the past 6 years.
So, here is hoping that the exploration licence is issued for Karoo in the near future (P o Q stated within 2/3 months) and a subsequent farm out deal is negotiated and agreed in a timely fashion. (No more long delays please! - just stick to deadlines)
Does anyone have a timeframe for completion of the well tests in Hungary?
This looks like the best potential good news story in the horizon....
We just have to keep holding on patiently.
