It will be the end of September before the ban is lifted in South Africa so not sure what work Falcon has been doing behind the scenes! Can't believe they would be starting from scratch so may not take as long as expected! Look what happened with Hess. When they asked for the first extension in August John Craven started working behind the scenes getting reports and stats ready to present to other parties which in turn saved months of negotiation when Hess messed up!
