With trading volume over 1.5 million shares by 1 pm and the price up a couple of cents, it would appear that some news may be imminent?? My guess, based upon O'Quigley's comments on NIS and the Hungarian tax issue at the AGM, would be that the Hungarian tax question for NIS has been positively resolved, but we may have to wait a few days to get some official news release.
