If anyone can help decifer Dolmen's Sept. analysts report from this PDF link it would be most appreciated.
When I click on the link that Dlasalle has most kindly provided on his last post - and then click on Falcon's name in the oil and gas list - it shows four PDF reports with the first one being in Sept. of this year.
At the very bottom of that first Sept. report - the Dolmen analyst shows the BCF for each property and an unrisked Net present value for each property when it is derisked.
I can't figure out why Dolmen shows only 340 BCF of gas for Falcon Hungary, only 64 BCF for Falcon Australia and yet shows a massive 40700 BCF for Falcon's Karoo property.
Even more of quandry is the unrisked NPV on the very right hand side of that chart - which shows a $10.95 derisked net present value for the Karoo holdings - yet shows an unrisked NPV for both Hungary and Australia of only 20 cents??? What's with that?
