You are right about that…. 1/2 million dollars indeed showing a lot of confidence in one’s own company.
However, I thought you would be really curious about who’s got the other 37 million shares of the offering.
Out of the 120 million shares up for grabs 40 million shares going to the Board of Directors directly or indirectly, the other 80 million goes to the MM's.
