If you are looking for a logical reason why Hess did not move forwrd, there isn't one.

It was Board Room politics and projects on a list. Just another instance of one getting chopped for no good reason.

Happens all of the time.

And it looks like we are all the better for it.

Kudos to management for having Plan B ready to go.
