Don't expect any news until after the 22nd of August at the earliest. Falcon has made an offer to the few remaining Falcon Australia shareholders to exchange their shares for the regular Falcon shares. I don't think that Falcon will be making any announcements until after that offer expires IMO, as they would rather have that small percentage of Falcon Australia cleaned up before any news or hints at a JV are released.

As with any junior stock, the longer we go without any news, the more nervous hands, or sometimes backroom boys, can influence any stock to the downside. Remember - for any junior stock "if it isn't going up - then it will gradually be going down" as short term shareholders get tired of waiting and move on to something else. Falcon is strictly a long term shareholding as far as I am concerned - as any real significant movement in the share price will be from drilling results and those won't come until 2014 at the earliest.
