Soly - you have thousands of investors who are anxiously awaiting an update, any update, regarding the status and/or future of this company (the last official news feed was from 7/24/13), so you respond by releasing minutes from last year's shareholder meeting? Are you serious?

As a six year plus shareholder, I have obviously been patient with this company, and it's poor performance to date. I understand that it is your job as PR person to remain upbeat, and I respect that - however, by feeding us, the shareholders, useless/dated information, in place of real time updates will certainly not restore my faith in this company.

I have been involved with countless stocks over the years, and this company, by far, has the worst PR pipeline in the industry - the lack of information, communication, and disclosure is astounding - the upper management of this company needs to wake up and understand that 'perception is reality' in the eyes of those sitting on the sidelines, waiting for some useful information - right now, and I'm sure I speak for many other shareholders, is that this company lacks a clear direction - why else would you feed us last year's news? It comes across as desperate, in my humble opinion.
