I was at a Dublin meeting in mid July and Philip stated an Aus partner would be named and SA licence would be granted in Sept so if he is true to his word we should have major news this month! That said not everything has gone according to plan. I will be surprised if we don't have news before the 30th meeting and if we don't Mr O'Quigley will have some very angry Dublin shareholders to answer to!!
