I think some folks are getting irritated by the lack of momentum here...there seemed to be much more back a few months ago - in my opinion we should be trading much higher with the mngmt stating publically that they feel quite confident about a deal - but this is not your avergage bird. In most stocks there is a correlation between anticipated good news - obviously the market is not putting much faith in what has been said ...here or we have some negative players that should look very carefully over their shoulders as what goes around comes around - even with backroom boys
