Developing large acreage positions of unconventional and conventional oil and gas resources

Message: Soly - where we are at

I certainly don't blame anyone for complaining about the share price and lack of visible action, but if there was any real hint that Falcon management was NOT telling it as best they can - you would see the big players selling here and our stock would be down where PHUN is now. PHUN is an example of what happens to a stock where the management team really couldn't care less about what the retail share holder thinks and releases no news whatsoever.

Philip would be under very strick confidentiality agreements - not to tell anyone who is looking at the data room and the seismic results. Until the JV is signed - Philip can only do what he has been doing quite clearly - which is to say that he has some major oil and gas companies looking - he can not legally do anything more than that.

The slow and painful small drops in the share price, with what is very very very low volume for a stock with 1 billion shares outstanding, is almost entirely small retail holders getting tired of waiting and selling out some or all of their position. We have dropped 6 cents from the Hess decision, which isn't allot - given the gravity of that news, and may drop a bit more until we get some more news. Philip can't stop small holders from selling, all he can do is keep doing the great job that he is doing on the road, and keep the pressure on NIS, the SA Government and the JV partners to move forward - so that he can get some more good news out!
