geez, your right it is only 4 or 5 top oil companies in the world that want in, why not use the same contract that was used with hess, no one would care or make any side issues or want to make any changes. Why should we be concerned with the new knowledge we have gained since that contract was concluded. I recommend that the board hire you straight forward and get this done pronto
