Philip did indicate at the Dublin AGM, which 197400 attended, that they would be looking in to selling a bit down the line. Deadlines have come and gone with no news, change of auditor and now buying all outstanding royalties. Maybe Falcon got an offer they can't refuse. Personally I hope they don't sell too early before the full value of the play is realised but 197400's statement may not be too off the mark. We all view the facts how we want so are intitled to our own opinion.
