Another Craven venture

Just read that John Craven and the other 2 founders of Cove Engery have set up another exploration company called Discovery Exploration (Irish Independent Mon 23rd Dec). €146m was raise through the Carlyle Group which will own 60% of the company. Could this be another sign Falcon is for sale?!
