Did I not read somewhere that John had been working for a few months behind the scenes with another JV partner before Hess were shown the door? So if that is true we can assume they started talking in March of 2013 so even by those standards(10 months) it's taking a hell of a lot of time to get signed! Could it be that the initial talks didn't pan out, are they waiting for the best price or is it really Inpex (assuming it's them) that is holding this up? At the end of the we won't know until Falcon are more forthcoming with their plans! Even the well testing that should have happened in Mako in Nov 2013 was delayed and no word on when they expect to start. I feel like my ship is about to come in but I'm waiting at the airport ;-)
