Georg, either you are here as a trouble-maker or you have an emotional attachment to this stock which makes you reckless. Being of a charitable disposition I hope it's the latter. Either way your comment was not only reckless but also potentially dangerous (to the sp). You should say what you know or keep quiet.

Fortunately you are in the minority here and I'd like to thank the others who have put forward more rational possible explanations for what has happened. You have salvaged what would otherwise have been a weekend of worry.

I doubt Philip will just sit back and do nothing so I would expect some comment from management very soon - even if it's just to reiterate his reply to Kip that they know of no reason for this.
