I am fairly sure from my conversation with Philip here at the Vancouver ProActive presentation - that Origin was already working with the technical team from Hungary even before the final paperwork was signed - on their drill plan for the first couple of wells. However, they will still have to get the Northern Territories signing off on the drill plan and with winter rains starting in October, it was very doubtful that drills would be turning before the Spring of 2015. Philip was very confident that once the weather clears in the Beetaloo, then Origin was anxious to get the program under way for the first three wells and will be on site with all the right equipment as soon as conditions allow.
In the interim, we should be getting some great news out of South Africa and by year end hopefully hearing that NIS wants to re-open either Mako 4 or Mako 7 and go after the bigger prize. Our quickest path to reaching some of the share price targets recently posted will be hearing of some commercial success in the Mako trough - where infrastructure and markets are right next door with all the pipelines, and processing plants in place.
