As for the why...make your own aducated guess!
Let me tell you one thing... the stock price is not depressed. You only get depressed stock price if there are sellers.
So...just watch the long-term holders:
They stick to the plan.
On the other hand....the folks on the left side on this chart will do anything to put their grubby hand on the shares owned by folks on the right side.
They want the whole pie.
