Here is the likely long term reality, operative word, REALITY, using real numbers based on realistic historical information derived from Falcon’s own information when compared to industry history on similar property/acerage.

Falcon Australia holds a 30% interest in Beetaloo (now) which amounts to, in their own information as presented in Falcon’s May 15, 2015 Corp Presentation, 1.38 Million acres of POTENTIAL value. So, using historical comparable data/information, per Falcon’s presentation, they “monetize” in 2017 or 2018 at the industry historical value of $4,009/acre, Falcon Australia (98% owned by Falcon) could possibly be in the value range of ($4,009/acre X 1,380,000acres) = $5,532,420,000.00 U.S.$……yes, that is billion. But, that assumes that one or both of the current venture players can come up with the funds at that level and/or agree to the selling of Falcon Australia’s acreage to a new party. Now, Falcon only holds 98% interest in the acreage through Falcon Australia, so we have to reduce the $5.5 billion to $5,421,177,160.00. Still a big number….big number. Now let’s take the number of outstanding shares to come to a value before enterprise value (demand for the shares) kicks in. We take the $5,421,177,160.00 and divide by the known outstanding shares (921,537,517) and we come to a share price of around $5.88/share. As an immediate valuation at the commitment to monetize (Falcon’s clear plan) that is a nice number we would all cherish. And, could lead to early retirement for many………..but it will require huge demand on the international markets to push the stock price to anywhere near $20/26 or 27 C; huge demand because of the number of outstanding shares. So……the $20,26,27c numbers are fantasy…..or simply intentional typos trying to encourage uninformed investors to jump in and moderately drive up this penny stock to a higher priced penny stock so they can dump their bulk.Don’t get me wrong, I’m in for the long haul….have been for a number of years, but the best immediate value at monetization will be no greater than about $6.00 U.S./share at point of sell and that assumes the $4009/acre is attainable in negotiations. My heart would like to believe it is but my business sense believes that we will have to settle for less in order to facilitate the sale of the acreage at point of Falcon’s desire to monetize………………in my humble opinion.

Long-term and holding……….KYSKYBOLT
